What MelodyPrompts does

MelodyPrompts writes text for you to use with music generators such as Suno: a style description, an exclude list and lyrics. It does not make audio. MelodyPrompts is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Suno or any other music platform. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

Who owns what

You own the text MelodyPrompts generates for you. To the extent we hold any rights in that output, we assign them to you. We take no license fee, royalty, share of masters or publishing, or other claim on songs you make with it. You also own anything you type in, including lyrics you paste.

The MelodyPrompts engine, website and software belong to us. You may not copy, extract, resell or attempt to reveal the engine's instructions.

AI output

Output is generated by AI models and may occasionally resemble existing work. The optional hook check searches for close matches but cannot guarantee originality. Check anything you plan to release commercially, and don't use MelodyPrompts to imitate a specific copyrighted song.

Acceptable use

• No content that sexualizes minors, threatens or harasses real people, or promotes real-world violence.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• One person per account. Don't share or resell access.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

Builds cost credits. Monthly plan credits refill each billing period and don't roll over; credit packs don't expire. If a build fails on our side, its credits are returned automatically. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel a subscription any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

No warranty

MelodyPrompts is provided as is. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect.
